Respiratory Support for Ages 6+ Glycerite Tincture:
Ingredients: echinacea, wild cherry bark, elecampane root, thyme, angelica root, marshmallow root, sage
Directions: 12 and up : 1-2 tsp every 4-6 hours. Children ages 6-12: ½ to 1 teaspoon (2.5 ml- 5 ml) use only for duration of acute respiratory symptoms.
Warning: not for children under 6 years of age. do not consume if pregnant or nursing. Do not take if currently using blood thinning prescriptions or are in liver or kidney failure.
Winter Wellness Herbal Tea Blend:
Ingredients: yarrow, feverfew, peppermint, elderflower, elecampane root, ginger, lemon
Directions: Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 1 cup of water, steep for 3-5 minutes depending on how strong you want your flavor. This bag offers approximately 15 servings.
Warning: Do not use if taking anticoagulant medications. Do not consume if pregnant or nursing.
Throat Support Tea:
Ingredients: Marshmallow root, peppermint, chamomile, lemon balm, licorice root, oregano, cinnamon and orange peel.
Directions: Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 1 cup of water, steep for 3-5 minutes depending on how strong you want your flavor. This bag offers approximately 15 servings.

Menthol Chest Rub Salve:
Ingredients: menthol crystals, evoo, castor oil, shea butter, rosemary, beeswax, arrowroot powder, camphor and eucalyptus essential oils, vitamin e oil
Directions: Gently massage into affected area until completely absorbed and use as needed.
Warning: Avoid contact with mouth and eyes. Wash hands after application. Keep out of reach of children.
Carefully follow the directions provided for each tincture. Each tincture is packaged in amber or blue-colored Boston round dropper bottles for UV light protection. Bottle is shipped with a screw on cap and plastic seal for ultimate leak protection during shipping. Droppers are included.
