Ingredients: mullein, usnea, thyme, oregano, rose hips, vegetable glycerine, distilled water
Directions: Shake well before use. Consume 1 dropper 1 to 2 times a day. Use tincture within 2 years of opening.

Mullein (Verbascum thapsus): is a common plant easily recognized by its soft, velvety leaves and tall flowering stalks. Mullein is high in mucilage, flavonoids, saponins, and iridoid glycosides, including aucubin. It has a long history of use in traditional herbal formulas for lung health.
Usnea (Usnea spp.): also known as ‘old man's beard’, is a genus of branching lichens. These organisms contain compounds such as usnic acid, along with various other secondary metabolites. Usnea has a long history of use in traditional botanical preparations and has attracted scientific interest for its unique chemistry.
Thyme (Thymus vulgaris): contains volatile compounds such as thymol and carvacrol, along with rosmarinic acid and various flavonoids. Some of these constituents have been studied for their potential health benefits.
Oregano (Origanum vulgare): also contains carvacrol, thymol, and rosmarinic acid, as well as other phenolic compounds that contribute to its phytochemical profile.
