Ingredients: earl grey, peppermint, stinging nettle, white willow bark, chamomile, ginger, honey
Directions: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of tea in 8oz of hot water, for 3-5 minutes depending on desired strength. Contains approximately 30 servings per bags.
Warning: This tea should not be consumed if pregnant or nursing. Do not use if allergic to aspirin.
