A 2oz package of stress-less herbal blend
2oz tincture bottle with dropper
Small funnel
Muslin bag for straining
Wax paper to protect the seal of your jar

The only thing you’ll need to provide yourself is a jar (we recommend quart sized) and 80 proof or above alcohol of your choice. Detailed step-by-step instructions are printed on a card that comes in the kit.
About the herbs:
Hops is commonly used for anxiety, restlessness & in some cases menopause symptoms.
Chamomile has a calming effect due to the flavonoid, apigenin that binds to benzodiazepine receptors in the brain.
Passion Flower is used to treat anxiety by increasing levels of a chemical called gamma amino uteri’s acid (GABA) in the brain.
Lemon Balm can soothe anxiety noticeably within one hour of consuming. The anti-anxiety effects of lemon balm could last about 4-8 hours.
Skullcap has been used for more than 200 years as a mild relaxant and as a therapy for anxiety, nervous tension, and convulsions.
