Directions: Consume 1-2 drops up to 2 times a day in 1 oz of water or juice

Black Cohosh- Helps to relieve menstrual cramps and menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, irritability, mood swings, and sleep disturbance. May be helpful for those who are restless and high strung.
Stinging Nettle- Nettle is mineral and vitamin rich, which helps to replenish the body. It also reduces inflammation, and helps to control blood sugar.
Red Raspberry Leaf- Regulates hormones, reduces inflammation, and helps ease transition through menopause.
Angelica Root (dong quai)- Angelica is also known as the ‘female ginseng’ for all of it’s wonderful properties. It aids in menopausal & PMS symptoms, helps to kill cancer cells and fungus, is an overall digestive tonic, reduces anxiety and regulates mood. It is also known to assist with inflammation and nerve pain.
Motherwort- An ally to menopausal people and can help with hot flashes, water retention, and mood swings, and is an overall heart health promoter. Can also aid in a particular nervousness with heart palpitations.
Red Clover- Particularly helpful for menopause symptoms: decreasing hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, depression, and vaginal dryness.
