Ingredients: mugwort, vegetable glycerine, distilled water

Directions: take 1 full dropper (1ML) up to 3x a day.

Warning: Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Those with allergic sensitivity to the daisy/aster family should avoid mugwort. 

Mugwort (Artessima Vulgaris) is a wonderful multipurpose herb, primarily known for its ability to soothe and regulate menstrual and gastrointestinal issues as it contains antispasmodic properties. Mugwort is a very mild sedative, helping to relax the body without making one less alert. It is often used spiritually or recreationally to induce vivid dreams. The sedative and antispasmodic actions of mugwort can help relieve mild aches and pains, especially in muscle tissue. Circulatory agents found in mugwort help regulate blood flow, which may assist with lowering blood pressure, encourage blood cell generation, and lessen the chance of blood clots.
It is a natural antibacterial, inhibiting bacterial growth including staph, strep, and pneumonia. Mugwort has a natural bitter action, and can be useful anywhere mild digestive stimulus is needed.
