Warning: Do not use if allergic to aspirin. Do not consume if pregnant or nursing.

Earl grey is the base of this tea, which rounds out the flavors and provides just enough caffeine to balance out the mild sedative effects of the herbs in this blend, so you get all the relaxation without knocking out! Caffeine is also a common additive in many OTC headache medications, such as Excedrin.

Skullcap is one of the most versatile nervines! It is useful for all nervous system disorders, including headaches, nerve tremors, stress, menstrual tension, insomnia and nervous exhaustion.

Chamomile is a natural relaxant, sleep aid, and muscle tension soother that has both pain relieving and anti-inflammatory properties. Chamomile also stimulates the immune system, which make it especially useful when trying to tame headaches and other symptoms caused by colds, infections, allergies, and sinuses.

Lemon balm is a relaxant, which makes it perfect for helping out with headaches caused from stress or muscle tension.

Lavender contains a chemical compound called linalool, which is thought to help reduce and regulate stress. Lavender is also a natural sedative and analgesic, providing mild pain relief.

Feverfew may help prevent and reduce the frequency of migraine and tension headaches. It is also helpful for many symptoms that accompany migraine, such as pain, nausea/vomiting, and light sensitivity.

Yarrow is most commonly known for it’s styptic and tissue restorative abilities, but it also is great for headaches! Some Native American tribes even breathed in the steam from yarrow tea for headache and fever.

Passion flower is a nervine herb, meaning that it promotes relaxation in the body and it has light pain relieving effects. Passion flower is also excellent for hormone regulation, making it especially useful for headache and migraine triggered by hormone fluctuation.
